One (Week) More
Only a week until Spring Break! It seems so close, yet I know that it will take a lot of hard work to get there. 3 midterms and 4 papers to be exact! Thankfully I have already gotten a head start on studying and writing. The challenge will be finding time to finish while still enjoying the last week with friends before some time off. I think that I will be able to survive though, because of the warm weather that should arrive on Sunday! Oh, how nice 60 degrees will feel.
On another NOTE, I have my music audition at Grand View University next Friday before we leave. Haha, that was punny. :) I have been listening to Youtube videos to learn the songs. I never understood just how great it is to have a choir teacher as an aunt, and lovers of music all around me. It sure is coming in handy now! The two pieces I will be singing are: Oh Shenandoah, and Per La Gloria D'adorarvi. I thought that it would be a lot more difficult, but the videos with accompaniment are really helping out. Now it will just come down to learning the pronunciation!
Well, I suppose that is about it! Time to start checking some things off of the To-Do List.
