Photo Summer: Days 6-8
Day 6: June 2nd, 2013
Erick was really wanting to watch the Incredibles, so we ended up watching it in the afternoon. Later, Dad decided that he wanted to go on a bunny hunt with my camera, and took a few photos of the lovely creatures in our yard. Then, Erick took the camera into his hands and we had some fun. Later, at youth group, Emily and I found a sack with a variety of props in it and decided to try some of them on! Fun night! Oh, and spur of the moment, Lauren, Maggie, and I had a sleepover and made a bucket list for the summer. I am so excited to cross some of these things off!
Day 7: June 3rd, 2013
My lazy day. I rolled my ankle while playing basketball with Kirk, and played hand and foot with Erick, Luke, and Kirk. Erick and I may have cheated to win, but it
was pretty fun. Later on, I followed up the "great" day by writing some thank you cards.
Day 8: June 4th, 2013
I woke up and finished all of my thank you notes which was a HUGE relief. Then, in the evening, I met Maria in Ankeny and got my first manicure and pedicure, which allowed me to cross something off of my bucket list. It was really fun, and I was happy to spend time with Maria outside of school for once. Oh, and funny story. I left my camera at the nail salon, and so the next day, Mom had to go pick it up!
